摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material and organic device having high carrier mobility and high stability capable of being manufactured in an easy process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material is characterized by comprising a compound having a thiaporphyrin skeleton and having a molecule structure in which the thiaporphyrin ring plane is located within a distance from the center of atoms forming the thiaporphyrin skeleton of 1 Å. The method of manufacturing an organic semiconductor material is characterized by comprising: applying a solution in which a compound having a thiaporphyrin skeleton as a precursor having a bicyclo structure is dissolved in a solvent, on a substrate; and heating the solution to convert the solution to the above compound having a thiaporphyrin skeleton. The organic electronic device is characterized in that in the organic electronic device having a semiconductor layer and two or more electrodes, the semiconductor layer contains the above organic semiconductor material.
