PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition giving a nitrile copolymer rubber crosslinked product having low gasoline permeability and excellent sour gasoline resistance and cold resistance and to provide a latex composition giving the rubber composition. SOLUTION: This nitrile copolymer latex composition contains latex of a nitrile copolymer rubber (A) having 10 to 65 wt.%α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units, 15 to 89.9 wt.% conjugated diene units and 0.1 to 20 wt.% cationic monomer units and/or cation-formable monomer units, an inorganic filler (B) having an aspect ratio of 30 to 2,000 and 0.1 to 200 pts.wt. plasticizer (C) having an SP value by a HOY method of 8 to 10.2.
