PURPOSE: An air distribution device for a ventilation duct is provided to improve environment condition for a human living in a building by preventing noise from being generated in ventilation. CONSTITUTION: An air distribution device for a ventilation duct comprises an inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet, a main body, and a joint. The outside air flows into the inlet. The first outlet is faced to the inlet and discharges the air in the same direction with the flowing of the air. The second outlet is formed between the inlet and the first outlet and changes and discharges the air flowed through the inlet. A fitting groove is formed between the first outlet and the second outlet of the main body. A conditioning distributor plate is inserted into the fitting groove for the dispersion of the air flowed into the first outlet and the second outlet. A joint(162) adhering closely to the inner side of the fitting groove is formed on the upper part of an air distributor(161) of the air conditioning distributor plate(160).
