<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a circuit which has a correcting function of correcting a decrease of high frequency components in addition to a differential amplifying function in the form of an extremely simple circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The differential amplifier 25 including first and second transistors Q1 and Q2 has at least one of a first diode D1 which has its anode connected to the emitter of the transistor Q1 and has its cathode connected to the emitter of the transistor Q2, a second diode D2 which has its cathode connected to the emitter of the transistor Q1 and its anode connected to the emitter of the transistor Q2.
