PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent composition excellent in foaming power, having no stretched feeling of skin after finished to wash, and also excellent in stability with the passage of time. SOLUTION: The cleansing agent composition includes at least one member selected from the group consisting of 12C-18C higher fatty acid salts (A), at least one member selected from the group consisting of 12C-18C higher fatty acid monoethanolamides and/or diethanolamides (B), water (C), and 1,2-pentanediol (D).
