PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion which can form a film excellent in adhesion of a liquid crystalline resin substrate and a thermoplastic resin substrate, especially a film showing a good adhesion and heat resistive adhesion in laminating the liquid crystalline substrate each other. SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesion has a polyolefin resin having an unsaturated carboxylic acid of 0.01-10 mass%, a crosslinking agent and an aqueous medium.
