<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ameliorating a skin problem, which uses more stabilized platelet-rich plasma (PRP) even in a case when the preparation of high-concentration platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is difficult, in the use of self-derived platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as a beauty formation therapeutic substance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for ameliorating a skin problem is a method for ameliorating the skin of a patient and comprises a process of purifying platelet-rich plasma from an object obtained by separating blood taken from a patient, a process of preparing an infusion fluid at least containing the purified platelet-rich plasma and a preliminarily purified growth factor, and an injection process of injecting the infusion fluid into a place of the patient wherein the problem of skin is occurring.
