摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit that basically executes the description of both steady state and time evolution of a quantum-mechanical wave function by the same circuit configuration while also expressing a wave function in a potential barrier. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electric circuit has a first voltage source 5, which is connected on a first main signal line between a first terminal 1 and a second terminal 2 so as to output a prescribed voltage based on a value of a current flowing through a third terminal 3, a second voltage source 6, which is connected on a second main signal line between the third terminal 3 and a fourth terminal 4 so as to output a prescribed voltage based on a value of a current flowing in the first terminal 1, a first current source 9 connected between the second terminal 2 and the ground so as to output a prescribed current based on a value of a voltage of the fourth terminal 4, and a second current source 10 connected between the fourth terminal 4 and the ground so as to output a prescribed current based on a value of a voltage of the second terminal 2. First/second electric capacities 7, 8 each having a prescribed capacity value are connected between the second terminal 2 and the ground and between the fourth terminal 4 and the ground, respectively.
