PURPOSE: An SAF synchronization layer packet structure and a method for providing the same are provided to simply effectively multiplex various element streams by the SAF synchronization layer packet structure having an access unit type and a stream identifier field, thereby configuring one data stream. CONSTITUTION: An SAF synchronization layer packet structure comprises the following steps. One data stream is converted into a stream or a file by using the SAF(Simple Aggregation Format) synchronization layer packet structure including a scene technique element stream. The data stream or file is transmitted to a user terminal.
