The present invention is the combination of a pump with a paint roller frame and cage assembly. In addition with the possibility of combination of many different dispensing pumps and the micro pumps with the roller cage assembly,in this invention with the work of the gears and the screws,the rotational movement of the roller is converted in to the sliding movement to activate the cylinder pump which is designed and located inside of the rolle r cage assembly to create the vacuum through the hollow axial metal shaft of the roller cage assembly which is connected to a housing.
