<p>The device has a lightweight float (1) whose length is 1 meter and breadth is 0.50 meter. The float is made of polyurethane foam reinforced with plyglass-wool, and is provided with a sealed submarine electric motor and rechargeable batteries (5). The batteries assure power supply to the motor and are housed in a sealed case (4), where the motor assures propulsion. Two handles (8) are situated on a front part of the lightweight float.</p>
