<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a blood analysis device for sampling and analyzing blood, wherein an interval may be generated between a casing and a display panel displaying the measurement results through forming dispersion and implementation in a manufacturing process, the erroneously adhered blood flow inside the casing through the interval and is adhered to a display part, such as a liquid crystal, or an electrical circuit board, causing an operation defect. <P>SOLUTION: The blood analysis device includes an electrical circuit board 107 for measuring the constituent of the sampled blood and a display part 108 for displaying the measurement results in the casing. The device further includes a display panel 104 which is bonded on the periphery 203 of the casing 102 so as to cover the display part 108 and protect the display part. A recess 201 forming a space with the display panel is provided on the upper surface of the periphery 203 supporting the bottom of the display panel 104.
