The device has a container (3) for immersion into hot water (2), where the container is loaded or loadable with tea and has an immersion area (4) with small holes (5). The holes are provided for delivering a dissolvable substance during brewing tee, into the water surrounding the container during brewing the tea. The container is constituted in such a manner that the container floats in the water, where the immersion area immerses in the water. The immersion area is made of stainless steel. A handle (8) or a lifting body (6) is made of plastic with small heat conductivity.
