PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition which can be applied to outdoor environment and is capable of maintaining excellent durability and weatherability in long-term outdoor use, and a hydraulic composition which is excellent in quick-hardening property and quick-drying property, can be applied to outdoor environment and is capable of maintaining excellent durability and weatherability in long-term outdoor use. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition comprises a hydraulic component, a resin powder and polymer hollow particles. A concrete structure is obtained using the hydraulic composition.
