PURPOSE: An incinerator having a stirrer is provided to solve environment contamination problems by preventing incomplete combustion of waste, and to reduce processing cost of the waste. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator having a stirrer includes a stirring axis(21), a stirring vane(22), a chain wheel(23), and a chain(24). The stirring axis penetrates a combustion chamber formed on the constant height. A rotary joint(25) is installed at both ends of the stirring axis. The rotary joint is connected with a water supply pipe(32) and a water discharge pipe(33). The agitating vane is formed on an intermediate part of the stirring vane. The chain wheel is formed on a side of the stirring shaft. The chain is rotated by the drive of a motor(20).
