PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity conditioning decorated panel whose design is more upgraded without impairing the humidity conditioning features of its base material. SOLUTION: An air-permeable decorative sheet 2 is adhered over the surface of a base material 1 with humidity conditioning features into one, using an air-permeable adhesive layer 3. The air-permeable decorative sheet 2 is coated with an air-permeable paint layer 4. Thus the air permeability of the panel can be secured from the outermost paint layer 4 through the surface of base material 1 by these air-permeable paint layer 4, air-permeable decorative sheet 2 and air-permeable adhesive layer 3.
