<p>The present invention relates to a device for sealing and wiping a motor vehicle drop glass. This device comprises a lip (1) capable of bearing on one (2) of the faces of a window (V) and another lip (3) capable of bearing on the other face (4) of the window, and is characterised in that one (1) of the lips is actuated positively by a link rod (7) connected to an actuator (5) which, as the window (V) drops, makes it possible to apply the lip (1) with a certain load to the face (2) of the window (V) which, in turn, bears via its other face (4) on the other lip (3).
