The device has a drawing tube (111) and a distributing tube (112) connected by a connection tube (4) that is made of flexible material i.e. silicone. Dosage units have rollers (3) that are carried on a periphery of a rotary piece in a uniformly distributed manner. The rollers define an elementary distribution volume (V), and drive the volume from the drawing tube towards the distributing tube. A control unit is in the form of a stop and controls a number of fractions of rotations traveled by the piece. An air duct (5) is made of flexible material and placed opposite to the connection tube.
