PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishline comprising a core-sheath conjugate monofilament containing a polyamide-based resin as a main part, especially having the core-sheath interface improved in delamination thereof, and simultaneously satisfying low specific gravity and high water repellency. SOLUTION: The fishline comprises the core-sheath conjugate monofilament obtained by using a polyamide-based resin as the core part 1 and a polyolefin-based resin having≤1.0 specific gravity as the sheath part 2. The core-sheath conjugate monofilament has the core part with a cross-section shape of a multifoliate shape having a plurality of leaf slit parts 3 in the perpendicular direction of the fiber axis, and is regulated so that the ratio T/L of the length T of the outer periphery of the multifoliate cross section to the length L of the circumference of the circumcircle of the periphery may be within the range of 1.2-2.5.
