<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive member made from an Al-containing ferritic stainless steel, which keeps its design characteristics of outward appearance peculiar to the surface of a ferritic stainless steel, has excellent electroconductivity and has low electrical contact resistance, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the electroconductive member made from the Al-containing ferritic stainless steel, a passive film has the Cr/Fe ratio (atom%) of 2 or more, the F concentration of 0.1 atom% or more, the Li concentration of 0.01 atom% or more and the Al content of 0.1 atom% or less. The manufacturing method for the electroconductive member made from the Al-containing ferritic stainless steel includes the following steps of (A), (B) and/or (C): (A) removing Al from the passive film; (B) injecting fluorine into the passive film; and (C) injecting lithium into the passive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
