<p>PURPOSE:To permit the manufacture of a curved hose, having three-dimensional complicated configuration, by using a molding tool having a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:A preformed body 3, having a simple configuration, is formed by mold forming and is heated in a molding tool to make at least one part of parts to be worked (part B and part C) a semi-vulcanized condition and, sequentially, a mandrel is inserted into the parts to be worked to deform and vulcanize it. Configuration is effected in two times upon mold forming and mold releasing whereby respective configurations are simplified and the structure of the mold is simplified while the labor of insertion of the mandrel into the part to be worked after mold releasing can be reduced.</p> |
