<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device exclusively used for a flexible container, which allows usage of a light-weight and inexpensive driving unit for dispensing operation by enabling a stored content to be dispensed under a low pressurizing force, and facilitates replacement of the flexible container. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This dispensing device 10 includes a pressurizing tank 11 for storing a flexible container 1, a pressurized air supplying unit 12 for supplying pressurized air into the pressurizing tank 11 and a dispensing gun 14 connected to the pressurizing tank 11 through a dispensing hose 13, wherein the pressurizing tank 11 includes a tank body 15 having a size enabling the flexible container 1 to be stored in it, and a tank lid 16 capable of air-tightly closing an upper end opening part of the tank body 15 and formed with a supplying hole 16c for use in feeding stored content 7 into the dispensing hose 13, an upper ring 4 of the flexible container 1 is received at the upper edge of the tank body 15 and the flexible container 1 is stored and held in the pressurizing tank 11 under a state in which the upper ring 4 of the flexible container 1 is brought into air-tight and close contact with the outer periphery of a bottom surface of the tank lid 16.
