<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-construct outer frame device of an underfloor inspection hole and the like which enables an outer frame to be appropriately and firmly mounted without deformation, and has high load bearing performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An outer frame mounting means B which is attached to and detached from the outer frame A comprises: a box-shaped body 2 which has a hole 21a for a screw, a notched opening 25 and a through-hole 26; an interposed arm 3 which is fitted into the through-hole 26, and in which locking claws 34b protruding in the state of facing each other are fixed to the outer frame A; a spring slider 4 which is fitted into the box-shaped body 2; and a pushing slider 5 which has the hole 21a for the screw provided in a rectangular column 51 pushed backward by an urging spring 43 in the rear of the spring slider 4, in which sloped surfaces 53b corresponding to sloped surfaces 42a of the spring slider 4 are formed on both sides of the rectangular column 51, respectively, and a top plate portion is fitted into the notched opening 25 and arranged in such a manner as to be slidable in a depth direction.
