<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping device which can secure a protecting function against the external dropping force while reducing the amount of materials used for the entire wrapping device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wrapping device is provided with an outer side panel 9, an inner side panel 8, an upper panel 10, and folding sections 16, 17, 18 which circumscribe with these panels.
