<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail deletion device, e-mail deletion method and program which can quickly delete an e-mail of a deletion target. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The e-mail deletion device includes: a spool means; a receiving means for receiving the e-mail and storing it in the spool means; a deletion means for receiving an e-mail deletion instruction which indicates the e-mail of the deletion target and to delete the e-mail of the deletion target from the spool means; and a control means which makes operation time of the deletion means longer than the operation time of the receiving means.
