PURPOSE: A highly sensitive biosensor is provided to prevent non-specific absorption of the physiologically active substance on electrical surface. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor detects electrical change according to the biological, biochemical or chemical reaction of physiologically active substance in a reaction solution. The biosensor comprises a substrate (10) and one or more sensing metal electrodes (20). A sensing metal electrode is formed between insulating layer (12) on the substrate. An electric thin film is formed on the surface of sensing metal electrode.
