<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create and display the operation register of the data of a plant and operation data, and to display the occurrence location of failure or the like in the operation register with a figure. <P>SOLUTION: A plant monitoring device includes a facility ledger storage part 18 in which a drawing 20 of the equipment of a plant is stored, and an operation register format 5a includes a plant operation history data reflection area 6 in which the operation history data of the plant are stored and a trend data reflection area 7 in which trend data 4 are stored and a failure history data reflection area 21 in which the failure history of the equipment in the trend data 4 is stored and a failure location display area 22 in which the failure location of the equipment is stored on a drawing.
