PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal vehicle, such as a wheelchair, having traveling stability and the ability to travel over bumps by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: The personal vehicle 1 includes a vehicle body 11 having a seat portion 10, driving wheels 12, driving sources 13 rotatively driving the driving wheels 12, an operating portion 14 controlling the driving of the driving sources 13, front wheels 15, a rear wheel supporting member 16 attached to the vehicle body 11 so as to extend rearward of the driving wheels 12, rear wheels 17 attached to the rear wheel supporting member 16 so as to make contact with a road surface 90, and an actuator 18 making the rear wheel supporting member 16 make contact with and rise from the road surface 90.
