PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing an adhesive cover body for partially sticking a gel object to be stuck to an adhesive tape original fabric or without waste loss. SOLUTION: The device is for manufacturing the adhesive cover body from a sticking object original fabric 2 and the strip-shaped adhesive tape original fabric 1 having an adhesive face 1a on the whole surface of one side. The sticking object original fabric 2 comprises a gel sticking agent 2b layered on the whole surface of one side of a strip-shaped first separator 2a, and a second separator 2c which can be more easily separated than the first separator 2a, layered on the sticking agent 2b. The device for manufacturing the adhesive cover body comprises: a transfer means 41 for intermittently advancing the sticking object original fabric 2 toward the adhesive face 1a of the adhesive tape original fabric 1; a separating means 42 for separating the second separator 2c from the sticking agent 2b; a half-cutting means for forming the object 2f to be stuck by cutting a slit 2e in the sticking agent 2b on the downstream side of the separating means 42; and a guide means 44 for separating the separator from the object 2f to be stuck and sticking the object 2f to the adhesive face 1a of the adhesive tape original fabric 1.
