The injector (10) has a membrane (60) provided between injection fluid supplying channels (27, 34, 76, 212, 213, 222, 223, 231-234) and working fluid supplying channels (77, 211). Injection fluid pressure receiving surfaces receives pressure of an injection fluid i.e. hydrogen, from the injection fluid supplying channels. Working fluid pressure receiving surfaces receives pressure of a working fluid i.e. silicon oil, from the working fluid supplying channels. A piston (71) is movable by a difference between the pressures of the fluids, to regulate the pressure difference.
