摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of deterioration in reliability of detection values due to slide resistance at a pressure receiving part caused by deposit mixed into a combustion chamber to partly attach to/accumulate on a surface of a heating tube or an inner wall of a small diameter part in an internal combustion engine in which a glow plug-integrated cylinder internal sensor is incorporated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The recovery processing device is for a glow plug-integrated cylinder internal sensor 20, in which the pressure receiving part of the cylinder internal sensor 20 for detecting pressure in the combustion chamber 12 in the engine 10 is composed of a the heating tube 27 housing a heater element of a glow plug 26 inside. The recovery processing device is provided with a deposit accumulation quantity estimating means to estimate the quantity of deposit accumulated between the pressure receiving part and a cylinder head 17 of the engine 10 when the engine 10 is in a specific operation state, and a heater energization control means to control energization to the heater element based on the deposit accumulation quantity estimated by the deposit accumulation quantity estimating means.
