The device has an external resonator comprising a polarization lattice (5) i.e. diffraction grating, which consists of an overlay of two spatial frequencies for the production of two collinear laser ejected beams (3) of different wavelength and orthogonal polarization. A relative angle of incidence of photons delivered by a laser-active medium (1) is adjustable on the polarization lattice. The resonator has a quarter wave plate (2b), which is arranged in a path of rays between the laser-active medium and the polarization lattice.
