PURPOSE: A signal processing apparatus in a distributed antenna system and a method thereof are provided to select an MS which minimally generates influences of interference and use the same frequency resources to transmit a signal, thereby obtaining a performance gain due to multiplexing. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing apparatus in a distributed antenna system comprises the following steps. Channel state information is received from a mobile station included in a coverage of a relay station or a base station(301). A signal transmitted to the mobile station is multiplied by a beam forming vector by using the channel state information. The signal multiplied by the beam forming vector is simultaneously transmitted to the mobile station.
