The invention refers to medicine, particularly gynecology and oncology and can be used for determining the treatment to patients with hydatid mole. Summary of the invention consists in that it is removed the uterus contents by carrying out the morphological examination, it is carried out the clinical examination, the ultrasonic examination, it is determined the concentration of the chorionic gonadotropin (Beta -HCG) in the blood on the 7-th, 14-th and 21-st day after removal of the uterus contents. If by chance at the morphological examination it is determined the simple form of the hydatid mole, at the clinical examination there are not determined the objective and subjective signs, at the ultrasonic examination there are not determined pathological changes and the Beta -HCG concentration according to the obtained results reaches the normal limits, it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, which consists in the prescription of contraceptive hormonal therapy during 1 year and in the treatment of concomitant diseases, if after the above-mentioned examinations at the ultrasonic examination there are not determined residual formations and the b-HCG concentration is not within the normal limits, it is prescribed the chemotherapy. If by chance at the morphological examination it is established the form with moderate proliferation of the hydatid mole, at the clinical examination there are not determined the objective and subjective signs, at the ultrasonic examination there are not determined pathological changes and the Beta-HCG concentration after the above-mentioned examinations is not within the normal limits, it is prescribed the chemotherapy, if at the ultrasonic examination there are not determined changes and the Beta-HCG concentration reaches the normal limits, it is repeated the examination once a month, during 3 months and if after that the Beta-HCG concentration is within the normal limits, it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, if the Beta-HCG concentration is not within the normal limits, but decreases, it is continued the examination once a month, during 6 months and if after that the Beta-HCG concentration is within the normal limits, it is prescribed the rehabilitation therapy, and if it does not reach the norm, it is prescribed the chemotherapy. If by chance at the morphological examination it is established the form with excessive proliferation of the hydatid mole, with or without clinical manifestations, at the ultrasonic examination with or without residual formations and the Beta-HCG concentration is increased, it is prescribed the chemotherapy. If by chance at the morphological examination it is established the invasive form of the hydatid mole with clinical manifestations, at the ultrasonic examination with residual formations and the Beta-HCG concentration is increased, it is prescribed the surgical intervention with the subsequent chemotherapy.
