PURPOSE: A method and a device for coating a phosphor and an LED including a phosphor layer are provided to increase the efficiency of coating the phosphor using the phosphor with a large particle. CONSTITUTION: A phosphor particles are separated in a suspension according to the size. The separated phosphor particles are deposited on a surface of an LED chip(2) in order. An phosphor coating device(200) of an LED includes an electrophoresis tank(210), a cathode(240), an anode(220), and an electrode lifting unit. The electrophoresis bath receives the suspension to separate the phosphor particles to plural layer regions according to the size by gravity or centrifuge separation. The LED chip is loaded on the cathode. The anode faces the cathode. The electrode lifting unit transfers the cathode to one layer to the other layer.
