PURPOSE: A liquid manure manufacturing device is provided to utilize some of liquid manure as a spawn liquid in order to reduce the amount of spawn liquid consumed. CONSTITUTION: A liquid manure manufacturing device manufactures liquid manure from organic waste water in the presence of organic humidifying microorganisms. The liquid manure manufacturing device comprises a liquid manure tank(10), waste water supplier(30), culture tub(21), bio-reactor(22), circulating supplier, and blower. The waste water supplier supplies organic waste water to the liquid manure tank. The culture tub accommodates a spawn liquid containing organic humidifying microorganisms. The bio-reactor adopts humus substances and mineral supplementing materials in it. The bio-reactor is installed in the culture tub such that the humus substances and mineral supplementing materials can contact with the organic humidifying microorganisms. The circulating supplier supplies a culture liquid generated after the contact of the spawn liquid with humus substances and mineral supplementing materials to the liquid manure tank. |
