PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content-removing device for extracting contents from a refill pouch with high reliability, through a normal extraction outlet for refilling formed on a pouch such as hair shampoo liquid refill pack without refilling the contents into another container. SOLUTION: The pouch 1 is supported by a holding piece 6 and is hung downwards. A pump 4 is mounted on the extraction outlet 2 of the pouch 1, and is provided with a pair of shafts 41, 42 opposite with each other. If the shafts 41, 42 are gripped and pushed from the right and the left sides, the contents in the pump body 26 eject from a nozzle 38. Here, a ball 35 locating on an inlet side valve 32 is pressed by an inclined face 46 of the shaft 41 to cling to the inlet opening 27 directly, so that the inlet opening 27 is blocked immediately, thus the contents do not return into the pouch.
