<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of controlling a semiconductor laser so as to emit a laser beam of a constantly set definite wavelength from the semiconductor laser even if an atmospheric temperature changes and capable of stably measuring the temperature of an exhaust gas based on an absorption spectrum and the concentration of the gas component contained in the exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The gas analyzer is equipped with a laser beam emitting part 20 for emitting a laser beam of a wavelength band containing a wavelength absorbed by a measuring target gas component, an irradiation part 15 for irradiating the exhaust gas with the laser beam emitted from the laser beam emitting part 20, a light receiving part 24 for receiving the laser beam transmitted through the exhaust gas to convert it to an electric signal, and an analyzer 19 for analyzing the absorption spectrum absorbed by the exhaust gas on the basis of the electric signal from the light receiving part 24. The laser beam penetrates a reference cell 22, in which the measuring target gas component known in concentration is sealed, to be received by the light receiving part 24. The wavelength sweeping control of the semiconductor laser 10 is performed so that the peak value of the absorption spectrum obtained by the analyzer 19 may become in a predetermined position in a wavelength band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
