SODA LIME GLASS SUBSTRATE AND METHOD OF HEAT TREATMENT FOR ORIGINAL SODA LIME GLASS SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A soda lime glass substrate and method of heat treatment for original soda lime glass substrate is provided to perform the heat treatment in a high temperature of about 300 degree C. CONSTITUTION: The soda lime glass substrate has the free path length of 0.12-0.24 cm or the absorption coefficient of 0.15-0.54 λ,W /(m.K). The soda lime glass substrate has the length of 0.5ppm and the width of 0.1ppm based on the contraction saturation point. The soda lime glass substrate is manufactured in 270 or 330 °C for a certain time. The heat-treated soda lime glass substrate is cooled in room temperature.
