PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily fix a cover to a vehicle body by using fastening force of a rail member to the vehicle body. SOLUTION: This side part structure 100 of a vehicle A is provided with: a getting in/out port 12 formed in a side part 1a of the vehicle body 1; a slide door 22 for opening/closing the getting in/out port 12 by moving in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle A; a rail member 31 extended in the longitudinal direction from an end part 12a of the longitudinal direction of the getting in/out port 12 to guide moving of the slide door 12; a fixing part 8 for fixing the rail member 31 to a rail mounting part 1b provided in the vehicle body 1; and a cover 50 for covering the rail member 31. The cover 50 is interposed between the rail member 31 and the rail mounting part 1b, and is provided with a mounted part 51a held by the rail member 31 and the rail mounting part 1b by fixing force acting between the rail member 31 and the rail mounting part 1b by the fixing part 8.
