PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a camera stabilizer, a device is restricted in operation because it is necessary for the mass imbalance of a rotation part to be adjusted so as to suppress visual axial deflection, but the adjustment work of the mass imbalance of the rotation part is complex and the time is required for the adjustment work; and an imbalance adjusting mechanism is desired whose mounting space is small. SOLUTION: A mass imbalance adjusting mechanism includes: cylinders 101 to 104 which include actuators 1 to 4 and in which liquid 6 is enclosed; a connection hose 5 which connects the respective cylinders; and a control unit 9. It is constituted so that the actuators 1 to 4 are driven by the control unit 9, to move the centroid positions of the cylinders and adjust imbalance torque. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
