PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and economical tower-like structure which is equipped with a vibration control structure using a damper. SOLUTION: This tower-like structure 1 comprises a tower-like structure section (steel tower 2), a damper supporting section 3 which is protruded to the outside from a side surface of the tower-like structure section, and the damper 4. One end of the damper is attached to the damper supporting section, and the other end of the damper is attached to the tower-like structure. The tower-like structure comprises the tower-like structure section, the plurality of upper and lower damper supporting sections which are protruded to the outside from the side surface of the tower-like structure section at a vertical interval on the side surface of the tower-like structure section, and the damper. One end of the damper is attached to either of the damper supporting sections vertically adjoining each other, and the other end of the damper is attached to the other one of the damper supporting sections vertically adjoining each other.
