PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver to which a ventilator can be easily attached. SOLUTION: The louver includes: a louver body 1 of which the rear face is provided with a male screw cylinder part 11 to be engaged with a circular ventilation hole 101 formed on a cabinet 100 for an electric and electronic apparatus; a ring member 2 of which one end is provided with a female screw part 21 to be screw-engaged with the male screw cylinder part 11, the other end is provided with a male screw part 22 and the inside is formed as a ventilator storing part; and a finger guard 4 formed so that a circular frame part 42 provided with a female screw part 41 to be screw-engaged with the male screw part 22 of the ring member 2 is projected from the peripheral edge of a guard body 40. Wherein, the male screw cylinder part 11 of the louver body 1 is engaged from the front side of the circular ventilation hole 101 with the female part 21 formed on one end of the ring member 2 to fix the louver body 1 to the cabinet 100, the ventilator 3 is stored in the ventilator storing part formed in the ring member 2, the female screw part 41 formed on the circular frame part 42 of the finger guard 4 is screw-engaged with the male screw part 22 formed on the other end of the ring member 2, and the ventilator 3 is attached so as to be covered with the ring member 2 and the finger guard 4.
