PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate consumed calories, excluding an effect of an individual difference even if an exercise load is small. SOLUTION: This biological information processing device includes a pulse sensor 30 and a body motion sensor 302 for detecting pulse rate, and an MPU 308 which calculates an oxygen uptake based on the detected pulse rate, and a predetermined resting pulse rate, a resting oxygen uptake and the maximal oxygen uptake corresponding to the subject, and calculates the consumed calories of the subject based on the calculated oxygen uptake.
