A panel stamp apparatus for vehicle is provided to secure good visibility of a carved chassis number regardless of the strength of a panel made of various materials by carving the chassis number after lowering the panel strength using a high-frequency heating unit. A panel stamp apparatus for vehicle comprises a base plate(3), a first moving unit(10), a second moving unit(30), a carving pin unit(50), and a high-frequency heating unit(70). The first moving unit comprises a first moving block(11) and a first rail block which are provided on the bottom of the base plate, and reciprocates by a first drive unit(20) in an X-axis direction along the length of the case plate. The second moving unit comprises a second moving block and a second rail block, and reciprocates by a second drive unit(40) in a Y-axis direction on the first moving unit. The carving pin unit comprises a carving pin(51) reciprocating in a Z-axis direction on the second moving unit and marking a chassis number on a panel. The high-frequency heating unit is installed on the second moving unit, corresponding to the carving pin unit.
