PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which a communication band is set in performing wireless communication by using a PLC leakage radiowave of an electric power line to enable wireless communication to continue in a home. SOLUTION: The communication system includes communication units (100, 200) for performing PLC (Power Line Communication) via an electric power line (300) and a wireless device (STA, 400). In the communication system, the communication units (100, 200) set a communication band when the wireless device (STA, 400) performs wireless communication by using a PLC leakage radiowave of the electric power line (300).
