PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk that content data stored by a device configuring a P2P type content distribution system are read so as to be reproduceable. SOLUTION: A plurality of division data generated by carrying out scramble processing and division processing to one content data are stored so as to be distributed in a plurality of devices. When content data are reproduced, the plurality of division data are obtained from a plurality of devices through a communication path, and the connection processing and descramble processing of the plurality of division data is carried out so that the content data can be generated and reproduced.
