PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, information processor, terminal device and computer program, capable of simplifying operation upon the information processing apparatus 2 when transmitting data to the terminal device 1. SOLUTION: The terminal device 1 includes: a registration request processing unit 12b for transferring, to the information processing apparatus 2, a registration request of data destination information indicative of another user permitted to select a user under operating as a data destination from the information processing apparatus 2 and user identification information of the user under operating; and a reception processing unit 12c for receiving data from the information processing apparatus 2. The information processor 2 includes: a registration processing unit 22c for receiving and holding the data destination information and the user identification information; a destination specification processing unit 22d for specifying, as a data destination, the terminal device 1 that has transmitted user identification information of a user selected as a data destination, when the user is selected from a user list displayed based on user identification information relating to data destination information including the user under operating; and a transmission processing unit 22e for transmitting data to the terminal device 1.
