An improved smoking machine is provided to accommodate charcoal or smoking materials inside to smoke food ingredients and to utilize the generated ashes from the charcoal or smoking materials. An improved smoking machine(100) comprises a main body(110), a lid(120), a blower, a battery and a switch(144). The main body has an opening thereon. Air flowing holes are positioned in the rear lower part of the main body. The lower part of the main body is filled with charcoal. The upper part of the main body is filled with the smoking materials. The lid opens or closes the opening of the main body. The lid includes a smoke exhaust hole through which the smoke is exhausted. The blower has a blowing fan located inside a housing(136). The blowing fan is driven by a motor in order to induce the air to flow into the air flowing holes. The battery supplies the power to the motor. The switch turns on/off the battery power.
