<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a plasma display device which has a display performance of a high resolution and a high luminance and has a low power consumption with a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes driving circuit boards 26, 27 which are arranged in a chassis member 20 holding a plasma display panel and are connected with an electrode terminal of a display electrode through a flexible wiring board 25 and apply a driving voltage to the display electrode, and a plurality of data drivers 29 which are arranged in a lower end in the vicinity of the electrode terminal of the data electrode in the chassis member 20 and are connected with the electrode terminal through the flexible wiring board 28 and furthermore apply the driving voltage to the data electrode. The plasma display panel has a base film formed on a dielectric layer covering the display electrode and a plurality of crystallized particles composed of a metal oxide distributed over a whole of the base film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
